Import & Export Customs Procedure Agency Service
Customs brokerage services – Circular No. 12/2015 / TT-BTC stipulates that “customs clearance agent is an enterprise which satisfies all the conditions stipulated in clause 1 of Article 20 of the Customs Law. Persons with export or import goods (hereinafter collectively referred to as goods owners) shall make customs declarations; To submit or submit a set of customs dossiers related to the lots of export or import goods according to regulations and to perform all or part of the work related to customs procedures as agreed upon in the contracts signed with the owners”.
Clause 1, Article 20 of the Customs Law prescribes the conditions for being agents for customs procedures:
a / Having business registration certificates or enterprise registration certificates covering lines of business of goods forwarding services or customs clearance agents;
b / Having staff members doing customs procedures;
c / Having information technology infrastructure satisfying the conditions for carrying out e-customs declaration and other conditions as prescribed.
