Dear Valued Customers,

To help customers proactively carry out online cargo-receipt procedures quickly, save time and costs, and ensure safety in epidemic prevention, Tan Cang Warehousing Joint Stock Company (KVTC) announces the implementation of the electronic warehouse management system (EWMS) at the import CFS warehouse, Tan Cang – Cat Lai Port, from 13/9/2021.

– Official system operation date: 13/09/2021. In early October 2021, KVTC will completely switch to using EDO in place of the current method of transactions using paper orders or scanned D/O documents sent by email.

– Applicable parties:

+ Agents (including container-opening agents and consolidation agents)

+ Cargo owners

+ Transport units​

Fully online cargo-receipt procedures (work registration, fee payment, creation of warehouse release slips, creation of trips/load slips) promise to provide customers with the best possible experience.

Please register to use the above feature according to the instructions below (please ignore this if you previously registered using the account issuance link).

Step 1: Download the agreement and registration forms at the following link: Here (Note: save the file name as: Enterprise Name – Tax Code); (The link contains instructions on how to complete the information; please read them carefully to avoid having to redo the forms multiple times.)

Step 2: Complete the information, sign and stamp it, then update the enterprise information and submit the scanned copy (PDF file) via: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1TKFGJiZGbq-rIOFWWu3lms_GeAoDofZJmjpKsiCZcLs/viewform?edit_requested=true

(This is an important step and the information must be entered accurately so the system can issue the account and send the verification-code email, electronic invoice, etc.)

Step 3: Send 02 original copies to the office: Ms. Thoa, Business Planning Department, 1st Floor, Tan Cang Warehousing JSC, Cat Lai Port, Cat Lai Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC (they may be sent after the social-distancing period).

Customers are requested to forward the above notice to the relevant agents, cargo owners and transport companies.
