Cao ốc văn phòng GOLDWELL tại số 111-121 Ngô Gia Tự hoàn thành được đưa vào khai thác. Giữ vững tốc độ tăng trưởng cao, Hưng Thịnh Phát đặt ké hoạch lợi nhuận trước thuế năm 2017 tăng gấp 3 lần so với năm trước. Sau 7 năm phát triển, quy mô về doanh thu năm 2017 gấp 4,5 lần và lợi nhuận trước thuế năm 2017 gấp 31 lần so với năm 2010

Năm 2015

Lần đầu tiên doanh thu của Công ty vượt trên 100 tỷ đồng, được Việt Nam Report và báo cáo điện tử Vietnamnet bình chọn là một trong 500 doanh nghiệp tư nhân lớn nhất Việt Nam trong năm 2008 (Top VNR500). Khởi công xây dựng cao ốc 'GOLDWELL Apartment' gồm 49 cân hộ cao cấp tại 557/17H Nguyễn Tri Phương quận 10, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh.

Năm 2013

Hoàn thiện bộ máy điều hành cấp cao, GOLDWELL xác định chọn ngành hàng chủ lực là Vận chuyển để tập trung đầu tư phát triển thành ngành cốt lỗi trong chiến lượt kinh doanh của Công ty

Năm 2011

GOLDWELL chính thức niêm yết 1,3 triệu cổ phiếu trên sàn giao dịch chứng khoán TP. Hồ Chí Minh (HOSE) - với mã chứng khoán là TNA vào ngày 20 tháng 07, đúng vào dịp thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam tròn 5 năm thành lập. Là một trong 30 doanh nghiệp tiên phong niêm yết trên sàn HOSE, đóng góp cho sự phát triển của thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam còn non trẻ, gia nhập vào đội ngũ những công ty được quản trị minh bạch và liên tục đổi mới đẻ hội nhập với kinh tế toàn cầu.
